5 /5 Frank Garza: Facing an end-of-day deadline on my truck’s smog inspection one recent afternoon, I was thrown a lifeline by Northgate Auto Repair. They took my phone call and told me to come on down. (Another smog-test shop that promised to do the work that day suddenly had to ration their service when too many customers all showed up at the same time—with me as the odd man out.) Upon my arrival at Northgate, an employee named Keith promptly took the work order despite having two other customers also in line for the same work. He did a great job for all three customers who left satisfied. I appreciate Keith very much. For all my future automotive needs on my truck, I plan to give Northgate the business.

They repair whats needed expertly; let you know of other services they believe should be done but never leave you with a long list of expensive services that could be done but dont need to be done at that time. If its not broken (or about to need service) dont fix it. I have them do my oil changes and anything I need for my car.
