Shane McCarthy Nothing but great things to say about Scott and his team over at Novato Auto Service. I had been coming to them for a few years and he has helped keep my truck in tip top shape. Incredible mechanic, honest, flexible, fairly priced and goes above and beyond doing incredible work. He has done a little bit of everything for my truck and it has never run better. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fair, reliable and honest mechanic who can fix just about anything in the Novato or Marin area. Beats the dealership by a long shot.

Adam Klugman A great team of people that really pulled through for me! My daughters van broke down with some mysterious problem a thousand miles away from home and I pulled them off the internet totally at random. I got very lucky! We were freaking out a bit but Leo stayed really calm and just got the job done. He reassured me that they have three shops that they can confer with and he just kept plugging away until he figured it out. He and Carlos were respectful and incredibly patient with my daughter and me and they came through like heroes. Thank you, guys! We will forever appreciate you for the way you went above and beyond that day. AND...they were really fair on the price. Just a 5 star experience from start to finish.

Baldwins German Autowerks
R P I took my 2015 Porsche 911 turbo s to Baldwins for an oil change as their prices seemed more reasonable than other shops. They finished the oil change on time. When I got home, I noticed coolant dripping from the rear. I immediately called them as I thought it was oil. The owner immediately called me back and told me that to be safe I should not to drive the car. When I checked the coolant level was full. They arranged, at their cost, a flat bed to pick up the car. On examination (pressure test) it was determined that the coolant cap (they had checked the coolant) was likely old and not sealing well. They replaced the cap at their cost. No more leaks. I was impressed with their commitment to their custmers, honesty and highly recommend them.

Fernandos Auto Body
Jose Aguilar Fernando, of Fernando’s Auto Body, helped my wife and me enormously, just by being himself. When our little Honda became unsafe because of broken clips and body parts below the front bumper, Fernando realized how much we and our dog depend on that little car because after we sent an email on Sunday, he came to our home Monday to assess the problem. He took the car to his shop to remove the broken parts, rendering it safe for the time being, ordered new parts and returned our car to us. The following day, he again took the car, and completed the repair. He returned it to our home, safe to drive, leaving my wife issuing sighs of relief. We highly recommend Fernando. He does good work, and is an ethical, reliable human being.

seb pochat Dave, Jeff and Ted at Genuine Motors have always been amazing and very professional. I had a few issues and the Jeep dealers refused to work on my modified vehicle. So Dave & Jeff took a look and were able to locate the issues fix the passenger door , replaced the left rear bent axle and replace the coil springs and shocks. To bring our vehicle back in proper working order. Thank you :)
