Fred was my service advisor and he went above and beyond in service, him and the team treated my car like it was their own and successfully addressed all of my concerns for the car. 5 /5 Zach D: Fred and Neil were AWESOME! This was my first time at this shop and it will definitely not be my last. I had my OG M2 towed here all the way from La Mesa after a buddy suggested this shop; let me tell you... best decision Ive made. From the moment I arrived it felt like a was a long-term customer. Fred and Neil showed nothing but respect and broke down all they had to offer in an easy to understand way. The whole time it felt like I was talking to a couple of close friends. Did I mention they offer lifetime oil changes? My car was here for 2 days and 9 hours of labor. I was given updates throughout the whole process including pictures through their online portal. When the service on my vehicle was complete, I opted for an after hours pickup due to my work schedule. I picked up my vehicle and about a week or so later received a follow-up phone call to address any issues or questions I may have (I didnt). Overall the entire process was just very, very smooth. This place is the real deal. Way better experience than dealing with a dealership. Good job Oceanside Motorsports team, you have earned a customer for life :D

5 /5 T C: Technical experts, great communicators, and they get the job done right. Brought in a 2002 BMW M3 to be upgraded from tired grocery getter to a high performance track car. OMS team had the depth of experience on BMWs, as well as many enthusiasts at the shop, who helped guide me to crafting a solid plan, and then they took care of *everything*. All tests done, all parts ordered, and then knocked out the work from welding subframe braces all the way to mounting the new tires and wheels at the end. Car was thoroughly tested out and the suspension refined before they declared it good. I took delivery, gave it a few weeks of shakedown driving on my own, then OMS brought the car back for a second check of all fasteners and alignment for free. Who does that? Well, they do. Im sold. This wasnt a typical oil change and an alignment kind of service, this was two months of work. But the attention to detail shown throughout the process has inspired me to bring all my cars to OMS for anything, large or small. Great people make a great shop, and this shop has them.
