5 /5 Nick Young: My vans emission monitors dont reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didnt work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So thats when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and theyll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I dont have to bring it in again, but if I do I wont even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.

1 /5 julio mondragon: Decided to go to this place on the recommendation of the mechanic working on my RV. All I needed was a smog check and as soon as I arrived the lady at the counter was giving me attitude and the mechanics didnt even look at me. I still went ahead and told them to do the smog and come to find out they never even put my RV on the smog machine. So when i showed up to pick it up, the so called mecanic again wouldnt look me in the face and just said he couldnt do it. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
