5 /5 Nick Young: My vans emission monitors dont reset well after losing battery power and that was the situation I was in. I called a bunch of local shops and they all kept telling me to keep driving it around when in the past that didnt work. The only thing that worked was OCM performing a drive cycle on their dynamo. So thats when I called them and explained the situation, and no questions asked or telling me to keep driving it, just bring it in and theyll handle it. Great customer service. They had the monitors ready and the van smogged in less than 6 hours on a Saturday, which surprised me. I hope I dont have to bring it in again, but if I do I wont even bother with the other places and go straight to OCM.
