5 /5 Lisa Ohlhausen: I was treated with kindness first and foremost but also RESPECT not just like a number. Other hospitals in this area have zero bedside manner and thats not the case here. All my issues were treated and sent home with exactly what I needed. I cant thank the staff enough for taking care of me this evening. Thank you. Sincerely L.O

1 /5 shawna lentz: The people that work there are rude there is. A ridiculous wait time my little girl is burning up with a fever and sitting in the waiting room for 5 hours and still hasnt been seen. Nobody even comes out into the waiting room to check on her or anything.

1 /5 Tiffany Davis: I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Orchard Hospital in Gridley, California. Dr. Cellucci showed zero bedside manner, didn’t even introduce herself when entering the room, and had a sheet wrapped around her, which felt highly unprofessional. The hospital itself was in terrible condition—the bathroom had a broken screen in the shower, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. My concerns were dismissed, and to top it off, I was handed discharge papers at 5 a.m., even though the paperwork stated I had been discharged at 2:30 a.m. The nursing staff didn’t inspire confidence either. They were walking around aimlessly, seeming disorganized and unsure of what they were doing. It made the entire experience feel chaotic and unprofessional. This was an unacceptable level of care, and I truly hope the hospital addresses these serious issues to improve their staff’s professionalism and facility standards.

1 /5 marisol rivera: Don’t come here at all unless you just want to be ignored. Waited 7 hours to get stitches, got fed up and ended up leaving without getting them. Staff seemed to just be wondering around, talking and not very attentive to patients. Very disappointed. This place needs to be shut down.

2 /5 Alejandra: We were here from 9 am till 1 pm. One of the male nurses is just the best. Hes a tall guy, really friendly and thoroughly explains everything and answered any questions we had. The Drs were also very kind and concerned for my step dads health. A few of the ladies working in the waiting room all seemed like they were annoyed and some of them answered rudely to some of the other patients that were asking when they were going to be seen. There was another lady in physical pain and they just ignored her. We saw one of the nurses, Im assuming, walk into the waiting room, look at one of the patients, proceeds to point her finger at the guy and then wiggled it, signaling for him to follow her. It was so weird. She looked extremely irritated by the way. We thought it was very unprofessional. Other than that, the tall male nurse was very caring and professional, just like the Drs at that hospital.
