5 /5 Jovana Acevedo: Coming into Orozcos Auto Service was a blessing. Not in my 17 years of getting car repair services have I ran into something like this. They popped up on my YouTube feed and I really like the dedication and information they put in their videos, which made me come into their shop. I walked in, and it was quick, attentive service that went straight to the point. After filling out my information on a phone I was given a ride home so I didnt have to wait. The driver and I had a nice little chat on our way and everything about this experience made me confident that my car was in good hands. They even pick you up when your car is ready. While on the ride I received a text message of a report of things that were going to get done so I could approve them. As a woman who was holding off taking my car to get the repairs it needed for quite some time, I was relieved when they offered an interest free financing option to help with what I couldnt cover. Which was a huge help because keeping the car in good standing is a great investment. It was quick and easy, once they sent me the link to apply for how much I would get approved for it was such a delight doing everything over the phone. So dont hesitate to bring your car in because being safe on the road is a major priority and thats their main concern so a thank you to all the fellas here doing the work. Salute.

5 /5 Sammi McKoy: The team treated me with respect. I have a 2002 Ford Ranger with 143K miles. The truck would not pass smog test. I went to 3 different shops. Pep Boys, KJ Lees and Curuso Ford. None could figure out why the truck wouldnt pass. All they told me, keep driving, keep driving, such bad advice- sheesh! Joe and team found the problem was the catayltic converter, fuel injectors. Once replaced, truck passed! This was an expensive fix. $3,000. Still better than a new car payment. They offered 6 month free interest credit card. Cool. I plan to run the truck till the wheels fall off. I know I will visit the garage again (Unless the wheels fall off :)). I recommend Orozcos. Ask for joe. A very solid advisor.
