5 /5 Tom Benedict: Excellent customer service. I originally scheduled three windshield replacements with another well know local glass shop. They could not find the glass for one of the cars and also said I would have to bring in the other two cars on the same day and leave them all day. They suggested I try Pacific Coast Auto Glass about the windshield they could not get. I called and Erik was able to find a source for the windshield within an hour or two. Then the original glass shop called and said they could not do my other two cars. Turned out that was fortunate, as Erik was able to schedule me for three consecutive days and estimated it would take 2-3 hours so I was able to wait while the work was done. Quality professional workmanship and both Erik and Chandler were especially friendly and accommodating. Plus they vacuumed my vehicles! Highly recommended! You will not be disappointed!

5 /5 Elise Stover: Came in with a chipped window with a new car that was under warranty. The company wouldn’t cover it. Eric the owner was very helpful and kind. He fixed it for free. These are really good people to go to them for your window needs. They will set you right! The most honest auto shop I’ve ever been to. Thank you so much Pacific glass! I came out with the fixed window and hope for the kindness of humanity. Update 3/27/25- came back in for a new front windshield. I finally got the dealership I got my car from to cover the repair. I’m still extremely satisfied by this business. They did any amazing job! They are extremely kind, helpful and honest. I was even a little short in money and they let it fly. These folks are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Went to get a new windshield and feel like I came back with friends. Thanks so much Eric! I cannot thank you enough!! 5 /5 Annalisa Rush: My windshield had a large crack from an impact while moving. Pacific Coast Auto Glass had the best quote of any of the places I called. They got me in right away to replace it. The owner and staff are always very welcoming, respectful, willing to listen, courteous, and provide excellent customer service.

5 /5 Teresa Mastrobuono: This company and people are golden. Eric, the owner, is a gem. He worked with my daughter to find a replacement for the windshield on her very old Toyota when no other company could obtain one. The work was well done and in a timely way. Eric even worked with me so I could help pay for the repair - from Italy! I cant recommend this company highly enough. The folks here are a rare combination of competence, professionalism, and good human beings.
