5 /5 Samuel Forjoe: My battery in my Insight died and had bought one from OReilly, hoping they could install it but their computer said it was a complex installation which would need an expert installer to replace. They referred me to Palmers and the job was done perfectly. I decided to do an oil change while I was there and they took care of that too, no problems. They informed me of some issues my car might have but also assured me that it wasnt urgent, just an FYI - as you would expect from a good mechanic. Great people and great service. Highly recommend.

The job was complicated by the difficulty in getting a replacement amplifier from Subaru. Palmer got the job done and I’m very satisfied with the results. Through it all Jessie did a great job coordinating and keeping me informed of matters from the front desk. Five stars all around…thanks Palmer!
