5 /5 Francisco Nakasone: Found Pats Garage online while looking for a local independent Toyota shop ( they also service other Japanese and Korean brands). I was attracted by their great reviews and decided to make an appointment. Easy to make an appointment online. Great customer service. Left my car in the morning for a regular maintenance service and they had it ready by early afternoon and kept me updated in the process. They also provided with detailed records of the services performed including photos of the parts of the car inspected. Also they have a price promo for first time customers which I took advantage of. Ill definitely be back.

5 /5 TRIEN NGUYEN: First time customer at this place. The facility is clean and organized and welcoming. The staff are friendly and helpful. The service advisor Foster is great in planing the whole process with detail of needed services. I was nervous and hesitated at the beginning. But after a few phone conversations with the staff and technicians, I was pleased with the results. Nice and pleasant experience for me.
