Getting a contract from the government immediately gave me a sense of trust. Fast forward a few days and I’m really glad that I took my truck in for suspension work after a poor experience at another local shop. Jason and the team went above and beyond to not only take care of the initial issue I was facing, but also helped identify additional issues that wound up being covered by my truck’s extended warranty all in one visit. Aside from helping me get additional value out of my warranty, I’m genuinely happy to have a new mechanic that I trust and can comfortably refer friends and family to. There are several good mechanics in Ventura and I’ve been to most of them over the last 20+ years. Good Guys Garage is at the top for me now. Exceptional communication. Good demeanor. Smiles on faces. Clean shop with windows that let you see the work in action. It’s pretty dang rare for a “dirty” job! Keep up the great work!

Gretchen Geronilla I cant say enough about the owner, Carlos, who accommodated us on an emergency, after we had a road break down, when it was very close to closing time. He took our rental on the road with my husband and determined that there was nothing to fix at that point. He also explained that the service light (a minor issue) should be taken to the rental office to address. Very nice man. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend him and his service center.

Elisabeth Peterson Al and his team provide excellent service in taking care of my 2018 Subaru Outback. In between full maintenance services I can stop in for a free check up on tire pressure, oil, and fluids. I am happy with the full range of services I receive from Peak Performance.

David Kretschmer This was my third visit to Asian AutoTech. The first involved quite a bit of work which brought my crusty Camry up to its fighting weight. Subsequent visits took care of essential repairs which were performed quickly and professionally. Jessica in the front of the store is friendly and very customer oriented. Overall, a great experience. They take good care of you here. Hope to drive the 195 K mileage car another 100 K.
