5 /5 Drew: I appreciate the staff and the time they took finding and resolving issues with my car. I brought in my vehicle because I couldn’t pass smog, and within the day they found an issue and called to notify me, so we could move forward. Unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue, after Rich spoke with me in person and showed me what he was able to find, he explained that he wanted to resolve my issue after looking for various things that weren’t the problem. Got my car back today and it is running great. Great customer service from Christina, Melissa, and Rich. I would recommend Perlu, and would feel comfortable bringing in my other vehicle, or this same one, but I trust they can keep this one on the road for years to come lol.
