The people here are very honest and will go out of the way to make sure you are happy. They have performed several services on my car and I will continue to bring my car as long as I can. Calvin Bragg These guys are hands down, some great people to meet... I had my family with me on our way to a camping trip when our truck began overheating on hwy 116. We really didnt know who to call for help. While looking online we found a local shop, Accu-Line, and decided to call to ask if they had any mechanics available. Sure enough, Stephen answered the call and brought us some instant relief. He said, come on in and they would help us out right away. As soon as we arrived, He and Tyler jumped right on our truck reassuring our family that wed get back on the road in little time. The two of them had the parts ordered, delivered, installed - and tested - all within just a couple of hours. I know many people are going to look for reviews on $$$ money and pricing, so let me just tell you that these are some of the most honest people you are going to meet. They didnt overcharge by no stretch of the imagination. Fair pricing at its best. If you want to see a clean shop with clean mechanics come see Stephen, Tyler and the crew down at Accu-Line! Olivia Tonjes Mike is so nice and extremely knowledgeable not to mention reasonable and reliable. First off he comes to you! He repairs your car in your driveway, which for me as a mom of three was huuuuuge. He repaired my car, let my kids help explained the whole process to me and was cheaper than anyone else that had given me quotes. But thats not all. The next day when I got in my car it was acting a little funny, I called him pretty worried about it and he explained what it was and why it was acting the way it was and how it would sort itself out shortly. Then CAME BACK OUT TO REASSURE ME! He test drove it with me and waited until it was 100% better than it was before all for my piece of mind. It was a super common issue that he obviously knew would be totally ok but still went out of his way to make sure I felt safe. I could not be happier having him as a mechanic hes awesome.

Tina Andruss Apparently when batteries (there are 2) are approaching failure on S-class Mercedes, alerts go berzerk. Our car completely shut down. After a 40 minute wait it returned to drivable, we contacted shop, and Danny said "bring it in now". He deployed his diagnostic computer, (low batteries), ordered and replaced same day, and we were safe to make our 9 hour trip back home to San Diego. Wonderful experience! Hes top-qualified Mercedes mechanic.

Gustav Gustavsson I recently took my car in for new brakes and rotors, along with a fix for my failing coolant sensor. What stood out to me was the team itself, fantastic people who exemplify kindness, professionalism, and fairness. They were prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly polite throughout the entire process. Joe, in particular, is an excellent communicator. He reached out later that same day to ensure everything was running smoothly after the work was completed. That extra step really showed how much they care about their customers, and it didn’t go unnoticed. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer in me. Thank you so much, Yotaluma team! Billi Vogan My sister and I both are so grateful for Ultimate Auto Care. As single women, it is imperative to have a mechanic we can trust. Justin is amazing in his kindness, skill and exceptional service. My sister bought a used BMW that had a lot of issues, and Justin was there every step of the way. He is extremely reasonable with his fees and always does exactly what he says he will do. I had a mini disaster with my Mini Cooper with flooding recently. Definitely going to refer this place to my other family members and friends (like my boyfriends and his familys vehicles in case they need any type of service, including my boyfriends moms car. Update: his mom died in July 2021). Plus, Art, Brian, and his staff are some of the great professionals that I trust to fix my car, even when the little things on my car that needs any fixing.
