Their work is consistently outstanding, and most importantly, they’re honest, reliable, and genuinely kind. Over the years, especially during times when money was tight, they’ve helped me make thoughtful decisions about which repairs to prioritize— and which can wait, which is very much appreciated. As someone who isn’t well-versed in car mechanics, I often feel overwhelmed when something goes wrong with my vehicle. But Greg, the owner, always takes the time to explain things in a way that makes sense. That kind of care and communication means the world to me. The peace of mind I get from knowing my car is in good hands is invaluable. I truly cant recommend them enough for their excellent work and top-notch customer service!!!

5 /5 Zalise Edwards: I spoke to Lucia, who checked my car in/out, collected my payment, and gave me my receipt. She was very personable. I’ve known Pete’s for over 20 years. They took great care of my 1995 BMW 218I. When my warranty expired on my new BMW, I chose Pete’s for service. They are under new management. I needed a strut, new battery, and overall service. The bill was expensive, but I’m satisfied with the service and feel my car will run like new with their great care. Thank you Pete’s.

5 /5 A Yoshida: I have an older Benz (2001) that is poorly maintained. Another shop refused to work on it and I’m happy I have found Pete’s. Greg was really helpful on the phone and took my car in right away. I am not mechanically inclined but Greg did an amazing job of explaining what needs to be worked on and what are things we can ignore for now. Rates he charged are reasonable. I’d definitely go back again if my car has any issues.
