Eliza Deed I had a great visit today. I went in at 8:30, and was immediately provided assistance. I thought I may be having a negative reaction to the Ella pill, but after thorough attention and tests and etc, I may be experiencing a Kidney issue. The doctor wanted to try everything she could to make sure I was okay. I’m in a lot of pain, but this place was patient, sweet, thorough and more. I was scared to come due to the reviews, but very happy I did anyways. I appreciate their assistance

Patricia Marquez I trust Dr Gupta with my life. She was my mothers Dr for over a dozen years until she passed at 96. She has been my Dr for a dozen years and if she were to move, I would follow her. If she retired, I would be so sad, but happy that she earned her new life. Okay, I would be despondent and lost and not knowing who to visit. How many people can say they love their doctor better than family ?

Cynthia Alvarez Had my gallbladder taken out Friday 3/7/2025 and everyone from check in to my recovery was absolutely amazing! I checked in at 10am and I was discharged ready to go home at 4pm. Specifically I would love to recognize the nurse whom brought me back to the room to get prepped for surgery I truly apologize I forgot her name but I believe it started with an ‘R’ she was very sweet and explained everything she was doing. Then nurse Mike whom took me back to the OR could tell I was very nervous and he explained every single step that was happening until I fell asleep with anesthesia. Then my recovery nurse Nate was absolutely great! I was having a real hard time waking up but he made sure my vitals were good and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Thank you so everyone whom made my surgery extremely smooth.

Daphanne Peters I have now had TWO bad experiences with the "security" at this facility. The first was a couple years ago when the security guard threatened to call the police on me for standing in a doorway, while on the phone, all because I "wasnt wearing a mask." Mind you, I was well over six feet from ANYONE except the security guard and trying to get instructions on which office to go to (and somehow that made me enough of a threat for the receptionist to call what you guys deem security). COVID was pretty much over, but according to the security guard I could not actually file a complaint because "she worked there and I didnt." Consider this my formal complaint. Then today, I apparently broke the law akin to murder when I stepped over the yellow line to ask the receptionist a question (I was the only one standing in line, mind you, there were NO OTHER PATIENTS WAITING - I want to make this clear in case it becomes an excuse to not take this complaint seriously). The security guard, who was behind the desk, might have been laughing about it and thought it was HILARIOUS (along with your receptionist, by the way), and kept making jokes about me "not seeing the line" and how he could "prevent me from breaking others privacy in the future." This was not funny, and was highly unprofessional. I am also wondering why the security guard was behind the desk laughing and giggling with the receptionist while she was on the computer looking at patient charts. Last I checked, security guards dont get to look at those. So, now Im concerned about a major HIPAA violation occurring at this facility. I genuinely did not know how to respond to this VERY unprofessional behavior from either the security guard or the receptionist, so I ended up just walking away. My question never got answered, not that I think it would have been answered, anyway. Five stars for unprofessional behavior and possible HIPAA violations. Zero stars for decent patient care or customer service. If I knew which security company you employ, I would make the complaint directly to them. Im just going to assume that information is "proprietary," along with common decency and following medical laws.

mallory uhler I was waiting on the phone to make an appointment and I was caller 9 time goes by people are hanging up and I’m getting shorter down the list well I am now currently caller 4 and my estimated time keeps going up and up so now at caller 4 I have a 45 minute wait time.. what the hell people? I called on my wife’s phone. 15 people waiting to talk to people estimated wait time 45 minutes every time the automated lady came on time would be pushed back another minute... I’m not happy with peach tree never have been but I have medical so unfourtanatly that is my only option.

S JP “Jay Stah” Dr. Lang and Dr. Chin are excellent providers. They are compassionate and caring. I have never felt rushed or pressured with any of my visits. They will sit down and review your issues and get down to the facts. You may not like the information they are providing, but it is accurate and you need to understand what they are telling you is reality. I have worked with and seen a lot of providers. Dr. Lang and Dr. Chin go above and beyond my expectations.

WolfDancer This is the first Veterinary that Ive taken my dogs to, where they arent nervous or anxious. I really appreciate how the vets interact with them to make them feel comfortable. The fact that they can get after hours emergency care is also a plus. My latest addition will be meeting them soon.
