5 /5 Richard Rundhaug: Rich (and Rich Jr.) were fabulous. They got my A/C to run very cold (front and rear a/c). They got my climate controlled seats operational even though the parts were not available. They went way above and beyond. They charged reasonable rates. They were determined to help and get what wanted and needed without having to wait long. I called one day, in and out the next! I highly recommend this facility!!

1 /5 Penate Chuck: I seen the reviews and from word of mouth about this place and decided to give it a shot, most places out here in the desert are sketchy. I dont like posting bad reviews about companies but I wont be taking my car here again. Went in for an oil change and to add a dual exhaust with provided parts, none of those hangers were used and some where missing from the exhaust. The welding looks like it was done by a beginner with exhaust leakage throughout the pipes. Whatever welding that was done didnt last causing my muffler to hang loose and near hitting the drivetrain. As suspected I checked my oil for fluids and it came out dry. If I didnt pay any attention it wouldve cost me my car. If companies dont like working on certain vehicles please state that with the customers because its always one thing or another with my car. All I can say to future customers is please check your vehicles after any mechanic has worked on them, hopefully this encourages more people to work on their own cars instead of relying on others and getting charged for negligence.

5 /5 Dale Latham: There’s a good reason that Premier Car Care Center is listed first on Yelp when you look for the top auto repair shops in Cathedral city. Incredible, friendly, quality service. The owner, Rich, was welcoming on the phone and when I brought my car in. I’m new to the area and my 2006 Subaru has developed an irregular knocking noise in the rear. They quickly diagnosed it and fixed it while I waited in lesson 30 minutes for only $100.
