5 /5 Rory McNeil: Speaking as both the retired mayor and a citizen of this city, your company is a real asset. They are rarely without customers as people are there all the time from the time they open until they close. Fast and friendly service and no hard sell-they suggest things, but you don’t get pushed to buy other things than what you need and it’s just wonderful. We have another oil place in town and it does well. I can’t remember the name of it;but it’s on the opposite end of town and they have a good reputation as well but this one here at your store is really close to where my commercial buildings are and everything so sometimes I just zip across the street and they’re so good about just checking Something if I have a light come on or something. They’re just really good about checking and making sure it’s OK. I love how they bring a bottle of water such a nice little touch. They are a real asset to the town and they employee quite a few people so It’s win all around.

5 /5 Noa Cantrell: I have to say I personally don’t like going to places like this because I always feel like I can do it myself for a lot less money! Now with that said! The employees you have working at the Yreka place are funny, understanding, respectful, caring, committed, educated, clean, and real. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience wasn’t horrible! I had to ask them to not ask me so many questions because I have a difficult time communicating the answers quickly! I suffer from a traumatic brain injury which I received from falling out of a medic chopper when I was in the Army while I was fighting for my country in the Iraqi freedom war! Every single one of the employees when they found out that I was a wounded soldier, they thanked me for my service and respected my disability so they asked me what I needed! I told them and they went to work! One of them even was able to convince me to use the better high mileage oil for my car. I love my car and so does my four legged fur brats! (Lol) thank you for your business and the employees that you employ there. I will now be a repeat customer and I have sent many of my friends there as well! All you gentlemen and if there are any Lady’s who work at the Yreka station! You all rock! Thank You

5 /5 Rheanna: Extremely kind and friendly staff. Quick service for transmission and oil. They even have fresh air for hot days in your car and a cold drink. Definitely recommend getting service here.

5 /5 Mike Prongue: A full-service oil change facility- reasonable prices, competence, communication, quick service and a free diet Coke. Dallas and team provide something seldom seen in this area, a nice, pro-customer service experience. We had our recently sold RV serviced but well be back with the car.

5 /5 Jason Moreland: The employees at Premier are way above exceptional! I have taken multiple vehicles in and I absolutely appreciate how they always treat me as if were life-long friends. Even when its evident they are having a rough day. It keeps me coming back!
