5 /5 Mike R: I took my car here for an alternator replacement. They also recommended I change the belt that is connected to the alternator because it had cracks (they showed me the cracks). So I decided to go with their recommendation. I picked up my car and everything was fine for 2 days. On the third day, I get an indicator on my dash that reads “CHECK CHARGING SYSTEM”, and the battery indicator light is lit up. I have never seen these indicators prior to me taking my car in for service. On top of that, I notice when I accelerate past 65 mph my car starts shaking! I haven’t had this issue before bringing my car here for service. I don’t know if the “belt” they replaced has anything to do with it. I will call first thing tomorrow morning to address my issues. I will update my rating if they fix the problem without additional expense. Update: Felix was able to fix my issue. Apparently, the alternator that was delivered to them was defected. Felix replaced my alternator with no additional charges.
