Brian Dietrich This place was awesome! I had the best experince getting my motor mounts fixed in my 2009 audi a4. Other placers were over priced and didnt accept after market parts. European auto took the work with no problem and with the best price. Not only was the owner very informative of problems or concerns i had with the car not related to the motor mounts. He was very experinced and new what he was talking about. I wont go any where else for my audi to get worked on. Thanks for getting my audi back to its smooth and undeniable audi feel!!

Saccuman Marion (Pi3lies) I had a fantastic experience working with this body shop. They were responsive in communications, and gave me frequent updates on my vehicle’s status. Also, their repair work is great; on the repaired areas of my car, they achieved a flawless paint finish that is indistinguishable from the factory paint. Would definitely recommend for anybody needing body work.

Sarah Spears Good Guys auto was great to work with! They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

Odell Toliver I have a 2013 Class A Motorhome. I was in Oregon when the AC stop blowing cool air. I found Cool Auto on line and found they were in my hometown of Fairfield. I called them and got an appointment in two days, when I got back home. They called me on the appointed date to confirm their arrival. They arrived and immediately went to work. They were knowleable and very courteous . I was impressed with their professionalism! They completed the repair, had me check the output of the AC. It worked perfectly. They gave me a fair price and I signed up for yearly maintenance for my AC system. I would highly recommend Cool Auto to for anyone needing service for their vehicle.
