5 /5 Cristina st. germain: My husband and I were mid road trip home when we ran into some car troubles. Ended up being turbo engine trouble for a Hyundai 2017. R&I was able to work with us as we coordinated a ride home and communicated the situation throughout the week as work was done. They did the work and I drove up to get the car, which ended up being after hours, so a lockbox pick up was coordinated. For being 100+ miles away from him/my car the majority of the exchange, this business really heeded the call and kept a bad situation from becoming worse. If you are near the San Rafael area, I would highly recommend this business and it’s customer service.

A few months ago, I took my standard shift 2004 Tacoma to Jason and his team and they did a thorough inspection as it needed some major work and maintenance. Jason clearly communicated what needed to be done, how long it would take to perform the work and fix the issues. Now the truck runs comfortably, smoothly and is a pleasure to drive once again. I was so impressed with the service from Jason and his team that I took my 2009 RAV4 in for service. Jason and his team worked their magic again and it runs like new. I should have ditched my previous mechanic years ago and gone to R&I Automotive sooner!

No matter which vehicle Ive owned, they have always kept it in great shape. And service is always delivered with the highest integrity, courtesy, efficiency, and just plain pleasant manner.
