They were able to fit me in same day despite an already booked schedule and figured out the problem. The explained the options and were able to get the part and the repairs done overnight. There were a few little things needed, the In-Dash AC needed a little attention. (Control issues) I highly recommend them.

My car was irreparable, and they delivered the devastating news in an informative and compassionate manner, after having thoroughly tested for the failure. It took a fair amount of effort just to do the diagnosis, but they did it properly, and their charges were completely fair. If I had taken my car to Rasmussens shop - instead of the shop that misdiagnosed it but still sold me $1000 worth of work that didnt solve the problem - I have no doubt Id still have my car, and people I could trust to keep it running in top shape. Their facilities, and especially their staff, are top notch. They also helped me arrange to have my car-shaped brick towed to my home. Hye-way Towing treated me with exceptional service and warmth, at a great rate. When I find another car, I will definitely be calling Rasmussen for future maintenance and repair.
