5 /5 Rachel Gilyard: Im so happy to have found this place. I moved to the Bay Area about 6 months ago, and have been to a couple of mechanics since (I bought an 11 year old car from a family member, and have needed a lot of repairs/maintenance). This past weekend, I needed my starter replaced. I called around for estimates, and Michael was so professional and straight forward, and offered a really reasonable price. So I decided to drive down, even though the shop was a bit out of the way for me. Ill definitely be back. The work was done quickly, and my car is starting just fine again. Im relieved to have my car fixed, but Im even more happy that I get to stop shopping around for a mechanic. Update: Visited again for an oil and brake fluid change. Had a great experience again!

It is now 99,000 miles and they did a great job identifying both broken and preventative repairs and my car runs like new again! Save $$ thousands with Reliable Auto and get the same service as the Chevy dealer.

I appreciated Michael’s transparency about the cost of the smog check and diagnosis that was needed for my car. They did a great job and I will go back when I need my next smog! I highly recommend this business!

5 /5 Darryl Arevalo: Michael provided excellent customer service for me. I made an appointment for 8am on Tuesday but was able to bring my car in early on Monday instead. They were able to take a look at it promptly and informed me what all needed to fixed and they were able to have everything done by 5pm the next day. I would definitely take my car here again if I should run into any issues. They are wonderful!
