5 /5 Alondra Rios: Best hospital in Reno! My dad had to get surgery for his appendix and he got the best treatment here. Best food & he was seen right away very quick here like no other hospital. I appreciate the nurses and the doctors here so much!

They were absolutely Phenomenal I could not have asked for better care very caring Walked me through the whole process Very professional. I was diagnosed with cancer in July of 2020 I received all my help through Renown My Cancer Doctor Dr. Menon also through Renown and When I first. Was diagnosed with Cancer I went to Renown for 2 months while receiving Chemo . I think ALL the staff are amazing they all in their own ways have saved my life so Grateful. God Bless every single one of them especially my Dr. Dr.Menon .

5 /5 Sam Edge: Regardless of the negative reviews posted about this healthcare facility, our experience was excellent. Every single interaction with every employee was better than expected. The nurses, all of them, were incredible. Val, Irish, Lillian and others could not have been more helpful. Always smiling, friendly, willing to help at every request. The surgery team from pre-op, to the surgery, to post-op were first class. Dr. Nunley and Dr. Brewer were informative, friendly, and highly communicative. The surgery went smoothly and took care of the problem expeditiously. This hospital deserves recognition for excellent care and wonderful employees. Having been a hospital administrator, I’m impressed at this level of excellence throughout every level of this facility. Be aware one of the main parking lots is being re-paved (3/2024). There is a shuttle by the emergency exit, if needed.
