They were able to get my car in, diagnose the problem, fix it, and have us back on the road within a few hours. The mechanic even test drove our van up Shasta Dam to ensure it was fixed and wouldn’t overheat again. Great experience. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Denis Villanueva: My 2015 Chevy Silverado had a 4W Service light, I called and they got me in right away. They called me with a diagnostic report and got my truck fixed same day. Very friendly and thorough. Very community minded and affordable. I highly recommend this shop.

5 /5 Cyrus Prins-Ericksen: Broke down on the i5 and these dudes hauled me in at 4 pm and had me back on the road with a fresh radiator, quadruple checked service by 6 pm. Yes, they stayed late for my sorry ass. Greatest auto repair experience Ive ever had.

5 /5 Stephanie Gallardo: Needed maintenance work on my car before a trip, I got several bids for brakes, and Richards was THE ONLY one who offered financing options with the bid. Who wouldnt want a zero % option instead of paying full price in one lump?( I was also able to have more work done for the same price as just brakes at the other places). The other places I got bids from never offered, though I found out later that they had a similar option. Attention to detail is huge for me. Customer service and work were great! Highly recommend!
