He fixed my ac on the spot and I’m so appreciative since it was so last minute, not to mention it was over 100 degrees. Great over all service 10/10 definitely recommend

They didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Instead, they took the time to explain what was wrong, showed me the parts, and broke everything down in a way that made sense. The pricing was fair, the service was quick, and they genuinely cared about making sure I left safe and informed. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and customer care like this. I’ll never take my car anywhere else.

5 /5 Anthony Rey Bacon: Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about our AC compressor and knew exactly what we needed. They allowed us to buy the AC compressor on our own and install it for us so that we pay less in the end. No extra costs or add ons. There was an unfortunate situation during the whole process and Ridge Automotive made everything right and took care of us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend and trust that everything will get done fairly and correctly!

5 /5 Ben Lopez: On a family road trip to Yosemite from LA when our vehicle started having issues, as we were making a pit stop down the street. A quick diagnostic check and determined a valve needed to be replaced. Unfortunately for me, I did not have tools available to do it myself and in order to continue with the trip, needed to find a mechanic who would be willing to install ASAP. And unfortunately for me again, it was Sunday and in the afternoon. Called the very few shops that were open and they were either about to close or were fully booked with work for the day. Called these Gents at Ridge Automotive and they said they would meet me at their shop within a few mins and would get me back on the road. These guys came in on a day that their shop was closed!! And Not only did they deliver, as promise, but they got the job done at a way better price than I had expected! Amazingly honest service by mechanics who truly care about their customers and doing the job correctly. If I lived closer, I’d make this shop my go to for any of my auto issues. Highly recommend!
