5 /5 C VZ: I recently took my Toyota Camry to Rigos Auto Shop & Smog in El Centro, CA for servicing. I had called several places not thoroughly comfortable until my call to Rigo’s, when I spoke to Jose. From the first consultation to the final repair, I was incredibly impressed. Jose was honest about the issue, explained the repair process thoroughly and even explained the technical aspects in a way I could understand. He kept me informed throughout. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and at a fair price. He also went the extra mile by running diagnostic tests a couple of times and then calling around to find a part that was difficult to locate and offering a discount than what I was offered elsewhere. I highly recommend Jose for his honesty, efficiency, transparency, and excellent workmanship… and yes, his kindness and likability. That definitely counts. No one likes to spend their money on repairs, etc, but if you have to, why not pay someone you like and who is fast, hardworking, honest and trustworthy. P.S. I liked him so much that I referred my Dad to him to repair the shocks on his vehicle. Jose gave him a better deal than the “other” place that wanted him to book an appt and takes forever… Jose had the repairs done in about a half hour and had my Dad out of there quickly. Thank you so much, Jose. You are totally appreciated.
