We all know the struggle of finding a reliable and honest auto repair shop who values their customer’s humanity over their profitability. Who takes care of you every step of the way and makes sure that you are informed and comfortable throughout what is often times a stressful situation. I’m 42, have owned dozens of vehicles and have been to plenty of shops; and Brian will bend over backwards to make sure that you get the service you need, at the highest possible quality with a level of communication you will be hard pressed to find anywhere else; especially in Lake county. I can’t overstate how great of hands your vehicle is on when you take it to Riviera auto. Also Haley is an absolute peach and sharp as a tac and was so great at answering any of my questions and being super helpful. This place definitely has an above and beyond vibe that I have every confidence you will see for yourself. 11/10 Highly recommend!

They even followed up to ensure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend rivera auto for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto repairs!

5 /5 EJ Renner: Had an issue with my Toyota 4 Runner. Bryan listened to my description of what was happening and suggested I replace the battery, which would save me the diagnosis fee. I did this through Napa Auto Parts and the issue seems to be resolved. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Bryan, and being sympathetic to saving customers money. I will definitely be taking my truck to Riviera Auto for any future needs!
