Rodriguez Automotive - Fairfield (CA)

Susan Rodriguez I just want to start off by saying I will never go to another Mechanic again! Abdul is wonderful! My husbands vehicle had broken down a little over a month ago, he is normally pretty good and has always fixed it on his own. However this time he did everything he possibly could and the car would turn over but not start. We walked into East Bay Auto, very clean! He was on the phone at first then promptly asked how he could help. My husband told him the situation, and Abdul told him he was trying to leave by noon today but to have the car towed there within the hour and he would work on it for him. We did, we left the car and received a phone call with in the hour. He stated the problem and asked if we wanted him to repair the problem. I responded yes right away, and then he said "come by in 15 min. and it will be ready for you". We went back to the garage and the car was purring! We were so happy it was not as bad as we thought. He then told us he was going to his grandsons birthday party as was why he is leaving early, but he wanted to try and help us out. I truly had lost all faith in customer service and Mechanics, but Abdul has changed this for me. He is an honest, hardworking and fair priced Mechanic. you cannot ask for anything more! Thank you Abdul and East Bay Auto for your AWESOME customer service. I will recommend you to everyone!

Stephanie Miller First interaction on phone with employee accommodated my every question gave me accurate information. Though even though I was late to my appointment they still squeezed me in for my oil change. Lounge area is ever so clean an inviting. The staff was more than inviting and interacted with those waiting for their services. I highly recommend this staff for their professionalism and setting a high standard. I live out of town yet will co.e back there to Meineke

Mario abrego Moorhead is the auto shop I will now be using for any future repairs. When I first called the guy that answered was knowledgeable about the issues I experiencing with my performance clutch. They took my car in quickly and recommended the right parts to get my car back up and running in no time. My car is now running better than when I first took it off the lot. Thank you!!

Brian Dietrich This place was awesome! I had the best experince getting my motor mounts fixed in my 2009 audi a4. Other placers were over priced and didnt accept after market parts. European auto took the work with no problem and with the best price. Not only was the owner very informative of problems or concerns i had with the car not related to the motor mounts. He was very experinced and new what he was talking about. I wont go any where else for my audi to get worked on. Thanks for getting my audi back to its smooth and undeniable audi feel!!

Andrew Hecker Having a mechanic as a friend is one of those things you hear people says is a great thing to have in life. Travis Automotive is that friend. Honest, friendly, skilled with fair pricing. I have been a customer for the last 3 years and have had timing belts replace, water pumps and fuel pumps replaced, break jobs and oil changes, alternator replaced and smog check/ emissions repair completed here. I feel blessed that I found James at Travis Automotive.

Karanveer Deol Had a negative experience working with the first service advisor they assigned me. Luckily, I was then assigned Matthew and highly recommend working with him.
