5 /5 Belinda Ramsey: Ive been taking my car to Sam Lee Auto for 10 years. I have always been happy with the service and the fair prices for repair. Today, I took my car in for an oil change even tho I wasnt feeling well. I showed John the paperwork for a smog test needed to renew the registration and asked if they were able to do that as well He told me to leave it on the seat and said he would help After the oil change, John sent one of his guys in my car to get the smog test! I couldnt believe it! They paid for it with their own money and I paid them back. What service! They really helped me out today and I will never forget it.

5 /5 Nerd Available: Sam Lee Auto Repair did an excellent job fixing my work van. After my brakes gave out and the right rear brake was completely damaged, they managed to get everything repaired in just two hours. Sam was super nice throughout the process, and John, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Great service, quick turnaround, and friendly staff—highly recommended!

5 /5 Thomas Coyne: Fast work, way cheaper than anyone else but $100s of dollars. I had the work done in under 2 hours. John even honored the estimate price even though it ended up being a more expensive job. Shop is a little disheveled but dont let appearances fool you, they are legit and will get the job done right for much less!

Just need patience, as they cant always get you in when you want (small business/very busy). But always worth the wait, their skill and honest feedback/prices cant be beat. Always highly recommend to everyone I know, esp if you are new to the area or have been burned by dishonest and/or overpriced mechanics. Top teir San Diego business!!
