R P I took my 2015 Porsche 911 turbo s to Baldwins for an oil change as their prices seemed more reasonable than other shops. They finished the oil change on time. When I got home, I noticed coolant dripping from the rear. I immediately called them as I thought it was oil. The owner immediately called me back and told me that to be safe I should not to drive the car. When I checked the coolant level was full. They arranged, at their cost, a flat bed to pick up the car. On examination (pressure test) it was determined that the coolant cap (they had checked the coolant) was likely old and not sealing well. They replaced the cap at their cost. No more leaks. I was impressed with their commitment to their custmers, honesty and highly recommend them.

Incredible mechanic, honest, flexible, fairly priced and goes above and beyond doing incredible work. He has done a little bit of everything for my truck and it has never run better. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fair, reliable and honest mechanic who can fix just about anything in the Novato or Marin area. Beats the dealership by a long shot.

RJ Tony & Russell are both great at not only fixing whatever is wrong with the car but are great at pointing out things that are starting to deteriorate . They dont try to upsell and say you need to fix those things now and they tell you how much life expectancy all the different items have left, which is phenomenal for a car repair shop because mast car repair shops are notorious for trying to state you need to fix things now. Their pricing is also fair for the quality work they do.

Nikey Castillo If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. My tire popped in the middle of the road while I was moving into my new house, my first day in Novato. Luckily I was able to get a spare on and I called Toscalito first because of their good reviews. Aaron answered and was so kind on the phone and was able to see me right away for a new tire. The wait wasn’t long but while I was there I heard all 3 of the guys at the front (Tony, Aaron and Eric? I hope that’s his name) answer phone calls and speak to customers and their customer service is truly exceptional. I chatted with them up front for awhile after my car was done and it felt like talking with old friends. I am so grateful for my experience here, I will only use Toscalito and recommend them, you have a customer for life! Thank you guys for helping welcome me to Novato

David Stevenson Took my truck to Thorsson’s for an oxidation fix on the hood and top of cab. They did a FANTASTIC JOB! Out of the three appraisals I got, theirs was the honest one. I was very grateful for the honesty and information they gave. It’s really nice to see that there are still people out there like that. So, if you need work done, everyone I encountered there was extremely nice, helpful and honest. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry.

N Haddad Jared was very friendly, patient, and helpful! I had my alignment previously done at another shop after saving up for new tires. The steering wheel was off just a tad, but enough to make me not comfortable while driving. He talked the issue through with me and was able to fix it!! I’m so relieved now. Thank you so much for the wonderful customer service! I’m more than certain I appeared a little crazy, because after a tech test drove it, they said it was fine. It was such a minor issue, most probably wouldn’t have noticed. I really value the great customer service, something that seems hard to find these days.
