Lynn Matthews My husband and I just moved here from another state. We were taken on here at the clinic and have been provided a wide range of services to cover our individual needs. We were assessed and given treatment plans that have helped us both become more productive in our lives. Doctors, nurses, therapists and case managers all work as a team to help me be successful in my treatment and I hope to have a job soon and enroll in there educational program. There are also s broad range of groups they encourage you to go to. There are addiction services and other programs targeted at addiction. I understand they also have care for children and older adults! I honestly cant say enough here you should go to the open access clinic. They are there to help all you need to do is ask

Nichole Elizabeth I always get checked in and called back to see my doctor super fast. Even when it’s really busy I don’t wait long. I’m in and out which is great. I’ve been a patient at peach tree for over 10 years. My son goes to peach tree pediatrics which I’m also super pleased with. I recommend peach tree hands down for anyone looking to find a friendly, helpful, clean clinic with wonderful doctors and staff.

Jessica Cook The place was so clean. We delt with 4 different workers and all were so friendly, nice and helpful. We did get there just after they opened at 7:05am cause I didnt want to wait long so I could get them to class. We were 3rd in line and were seen before I finishedthe paperwork. Dr Glenn was beyond amazing helpful he listened to my kids asked them questions and tested their bodies order the right xrays and blood test and within a week HE called us and went over all that information. Id definitely go back we havent had such care for our kids in years and it was something we werent use to.

Lisa Ohlhausen I was treated with kindness first and foremost but also RESPECT not just like a number. Other hospitals in this area have zero bedside manner and thats not the case here. Daphanne Peters I have now had TWO bad experiences with the "security" at this facility. The first was a couple years ago when the security guard threatened to call the police on me for standing in a doorway, while on the phone, all because I "wasnt wearing a mask." Mind you, I was well over six feet from ANYONE except the security guard and trying to get instructions on which office to go to (and somehow that made me enough of a threat for the receptionist to call what you guys deem security). COVID was pretty much over, but according to the security guard I could not actually file a complaint because "she worked there and I didnt." Consider this my formal complaint. Then today, I apparently broke the law akin to murder when I stepped over the yellow line to ask the receptionist a question (I was the only one standing in line, mind you, there were NO OTHER PATIENTS WAITING - I want to make this clear in case it becomes an excuse to not take this complaint seriously). The security guard, who was behind the desk, might have been laughing about it and thought it was HILARIOUS (along with your receptionist, by the way), and kept making jokes about me "not seeing the line" and how he could "prevent me from breaking others privacy in the future." This was not funny, and was highly unprofessional. I am also wondering why the security guard was behind the desk laughing and giggling with the receptionist while she was on the computer looking at patient charts. Last I checked, security guards dont get to look at those. So, now Im concerned about a major HIPAA violation occurring at this facility. I genuinely did not know how to respond to this VERY unprofessional behavior from either the security guard or the receptionist, so I ended up just walking away. My question never got answered, not that I think it would have been answered, anyway. Five stars for unprofessional behavior and possible HIPAA violations. Zero stars for decent patient care or customer service. If I knew which security company you employ, I would make the complaint directly to them. Im just going to assume that information is "proprietary," along with common decency and following medical laws.

Rebecca Scarberry Now patients are not packed in the waiting room, they make the appointments so rooms are full and Dr can give you full attention. Dr is able to get to patients in the rooms faster. Also get to the patients that arrive in the waiting room 1 or 2 at a time. Also you get in and out from seeing the Dr much faster now.
