From Jacob to the technician who worked on my car I couldnt be happier - when I went in for regular service to my car, I described hearing a slight squeal when I started the car that went away - after checking further the technician found that the waterpump was beginning to leak - long story but everything replaced and car is back to where I like to keep it - top notch !
