Albert Brown These guys are incredible. I got stranded in Merced on the way back from Yosemite and these guys did tons of work and diagnostics to help get me back on the road so I could drive home again. They talked me through everything and made me feel right at home in Merced. Their prices were fair, their shop is super clean, and they provide great service. Highly recommend taking your car here if you need really good mechanics who treat you well and don’t take advantage of their customers. Car is still doing great by the way. Daniel Vartabedian After having taken my car to three other shops to look for a leak in the air conditioning unit and shelled out approximately $800 across the three I was feeling pretty sure my 2015 would never have air conditioning again. Not only did they charge it but they actually found a leak which they demonstrated to me so I was able to verify there was indeed a leak for a small fee of $300 later I have been driving the car now for nearly 3 months and the air conditioning works wonderfully. It should also be noted that the third of the other shops I had gone to had already resigned the point and told me I should just replace the entire unit of the air conditioning for a grand total of $4000.

Jesus Berber I can’t say enough good things about Eddie’s Mobile Repair! I called Eddie on a Friday evening after business hours about A/C issues with two of my cars. A 2005 Honda Civic and a 2019 Honda Civic. Even though he typically doesn’t work weekends, Eddie offered to take a look at both vehicles on Saturday. He diagnosed both quickly and gave me clear options on how to move forward. With the 2019 Honda, he saved me thousands compared to what the dealership in Merced quoted. Eddie clearly knows his stuff, and I felt completely confident trusting him to do what was best. He ordered the necessary parts and kept me in the loop throughout the process. When he began work on the 2005 Civic, he found an unexpected issue caused by the A/C dryer. He contacted me immediately, sent photos, and explained the situation thoroughly before moving forward. That level of honesty and transparency is rare. Eddie does not cut corners. He takes pride in his work, and you can be sure the job will be done right. Thanks to him, both cars now have perfectly working A/C, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend Eddie to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy auto repair!
