5 /5 Joey Jackson: Brought my car (a Genesis GV80) in to have the brakes checked and my running boards removed. Service was prompt and I appreciated that they were willing to work on a vehicle that didnt have the Hyundai name. Pricing was fair and honest, I received a "checkup" report on my cars condition, and they even washed it for me! Will definitely be coming back for my regular maintenance.

They worked hard for us each time to get us the price and payment we wanted and made sure we were completely satisfied before we left...ongoing service after purchase has always been reliable and accommodating, they offer a shuttle if within range, when the car service will take a while. 5 /5 David Cepeda: I was in the market for a specific truck a Ford F150 Crew Cab 4X4 XLT with navigation, back up camera... After looking all over Nevada where I Live I decided to check quite a few California dealers as I searched the northern region of California I decided to try the central coast. Im very happy to say I found exactly what I was looking for! I called in and spoke to Rob the owner and it explained to him that I was in the same industry a finance director since 1982. Rob was very attentive a I explained to him I was in Reno NV it didnt matter to him he still had a genuine interest in making this a reality for me. I had a friend who I trust dearly go by and drive vehicle. Once Bob Santa Cruz gave me the green light I was ready to work out the details I contacted Rob and he worked out the numbers for me! Rob put me in contact with Jaymi Mantz the controller who was just as awesome as Rob she basically setup all the documents for me so upon arrival it was sign up and down the road... I have to say this being a tough critic of the industry were In I was pleasantly surprised how professional Rob and Jaymi handled everything Im 100% completely satisfied and would refer a customer to Autp Park Superstore without any reservations... 1 /5 Jonathan Kosik: This company did not want honor the warranty I bought with the purchase of my vehicle. The insurance company they deal with confirmed the issue and authorized repairs. After two transmission replacements and several other trips in, the vehicle was never properly repaired. I’ll never make the same mistake of buying a vehicle from somewhere that has so little positive reputation to back their services. As far as my experiences go, they are a total scam and did little to nothing to resolve the issues I underwent as a result of doing business with them.

As a single woman buying a car by myself, I did not experience any pressure or uncomfortableness. Rob did the financing and was equally easy-going. Very enjoyable experience.
