Not only were they super responsive and friendly, they were able to quickly accommodate my service request the next business day. I dropped my car off in the morning, they replaced my brakes and rotors, and I got my car back that evening. Sara Dybeli Hal is the absolute best! Brought in my car because the engine light was on. After inspection, Hal confirmed with Mercedes the car had an extended warranty on exactly that issue and that I should bring it to a dealership because it would be 100% covered. He could’ve easily taken the car in for repair but he graciously declined and looked after my best interest (and looked after my wallet). I can’t thank him enough! This was such an incredible way to gain my trust and I now will always be coming to Hal.

I’ve had several alignments performed here in previous years, and they’ve always done a great job with that. This time, they helped me to make informed decisions about prepping my vehicle for sale. Had a few services done and the car drives great. They’re extremely knowledgeable and make an effort to explain things thoroughly. The final bill was consistent with the initial estimate, which is always a good thing. Will be using Conejo Precision for all future maintenances. Recommend highly with zero hesitation.
