5 /5 Yixin Luo: Outstanding Lexus/Toyota Hybrid Service I recently brought my Lexus RX450h to SLT Auto Repair for its 120,000-mile maintenance, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with Toyota and Lexus vehicles — especially hybrids. They performed a comprehensive service including oil change, spark plugs, transmission and coolant service (including the hybrid inverter system), and even cleaned the throttle body. They used OEM parts and explained everything clearly without any upselling. The pricing was very fair for the scope of work, especially compared to the dealership. It’s hard to find a shop that knows hybrids this well, and SLT clearly specializes in Toyota/Lexus systems. My car is running smoother than ever — I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and skilled mechanic in the South Bay!

Pricing was transparent and service was very quick. I appreciated how easy it was to get a hold of them and schedule the appointment only with a 24 hr notice. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Harrison Pham: Simply the best service option anywhere in the Bay Area. Tony is wonderful, honest, and efficient. SLT was able to do an oil change, check my alignment, and perform a full inspection determining that I should get new brake pads (which I suspected but forgot to tell them!). They quickly called me, explained the situation, exact cost, and asked for authorization to do a same day purchase of genuine Toyota parts from their supplier. By some miracle they were able to procure the parts the same day and finish the entire job with brake flush in a few hours. On top of all that the total came out half of what Ive seen other independent shops charge (let alone what dealerships charge). Dont go anywhere else, SLT is the only honest and reliable option!

5 /5 Shervin N: Its about time I post this review. If I could rate six stars, I would. My 1992 Lexus ES300 was in the care of Tony and Simon for several months last year. I dropped it off with the assumption that it had a blown head gasket and just needed new heads, but it actually ended up needing an entirely new engine and transmission once they opened everything up and saw how bad it was (every crevice of the engine was gummed up). I sourced both a replacement engine and transmission and had them rebuild and install it for me, along with a few other minor things that needed attention. Tony and Simon are absolute professionals with a level of patience and kindness I have almost never seen before in mechanics. They are not salesmen; they are actual mechanics with total integrity and pride in their work. They never hustled me for money, they never rushed me, they never tried to upsell or charge me more for anything, and they kept my car parked inside the whole time. They actually gave me an amazing deal on the labor, and they never even asked me to post this review. My car has been running like a dream, and its still under their warranty so I can rest assured itll be fine. I ended up moving down to SoCal, but I kind of wish I hadnt so I could come back here.
