1 /5 Dillon Brever: Put new tires on my car at Americas Tire and came here after to get an alignment. Seems simple enough, but they didnt help the in any way seeing as they made it significantly worse. The mechanic even tried to blame it on the tires and tried to convince me that moving the tires from the front to the back was the problem.
Kind of funny that Ive never heard of rotating brand new tires. Thats because it doesnt exist.
They ended up saying that its my fault that they dont know how to do it right. Now Ive got a sedan that in order to go straight the steering wheel is aimed at the drivers side mirror. Oh, it also handles poorly now, especially at highway speeds.
Steer clear of this shop, pun most certainly intended, if you value your time, vehicle, and money. Laughable business.
Update: The owner calls me and says that they saw this Google review and want to tell me why Im wrong. Thats not how you do business let alone improve an experience from a review.
I said I was not interested in speaking to them and hung up. He immediately calls back. Arrogantly attempting to coerce someone into changing a review about THEIR OWN experience is unacceptable and an act of harassment. I dont even feel safe now that they have my information.
For good measure, its not like Im a person who know nothing about vehicles. Id do not myself but obviously no one has to means to align a car in their driveway. Even if I was somehow wrong (which Im not) this shop and its unbelievable behavior from the mechanic/owner have earned them a poor review. I now have wasted my time, money, and patience, and I still have to pay someone else to correct their simple mistakes.
