5 /5 Gabe: Short story is Mike and his crew are awesome! Long story is on a trip from Seattle WA to Palm Desert CA, my jeep got a check engine light while going over a stormy snowing pass with my vehicle acting terrible, bad acceleration and rough shifting. (Pretty scary) we made it to our hotel in Redding and immediately the next morning started making calls to local shops, a couple said they were too busy but recommended Strong Automotive, I called and explained to Mike my situation, he said we are busy but come down and we will do something for you. I came in and as promised I was able to get the vehicle diagnosed and repaired in less than 3 hours (exceptional) and we are back on the road for the second half of our trip.
