5 /5 Anne Holden-Henry: I have been using Tim’s for many years for all my auto needs except my tires and brakes. Another company has been doing those since before I found Tim’s. Tim’s is so accommodating and great at explaining what’s going on with my car. I won’t use a company that doesn’t think I need to understand just because I’m a woman. I used to do a lot of my own maintenance before cars got computers. They don’t charge 3 arms and 2 legs they are very fair. I recommend Tim’s to anyone who asks. They are awesome professional people

5 /5 Rob Moniz: The hourly rate for diagnostic and repair is fair. Its actually lower than anyone else Id found in within 20-miles of Sebastopol. The shop has been around for a long, long time and only changed owners after each had a long career. My father had been going to the same shop since the 60s. I took my 2013 Mazda 3 there for a full checkup. Tim didnt spend hours messing around with something to plump up the bill. He and his team looked around, told me what needed fixing and what was just fine. He and his staff are great. Friendly, safe workplace, nice to talk with. Its hard to find a good mechanic, who doesnt charge an arm and a leg. Im happy here.

5 /5 Tishia Browning: It’s been a few years since Tim worked on my truck. But only because I no longer live in the area. He is the absolute best! My rear end was leaking, it was a major repair with new seals, cylinder, brakes etc. The job was perfect and four years later I’ve experienced no problems with his repair. And while he had my vehicle he provided me with transportation. I cannot say enough about how great my experience was with Tim’s Automotive! If I still lived in the area Tim’s would be my go-to auto repair shop.
