5 /5 D L: I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to write one because of my great experience here! (This experience was from a couple months ago but now just getting time to write review)
First, my car (i have an old white prius) broke down in the middle of the street so I called towing and this guy named Jay came within 10 mins. He was extremely helpful and nice. He also told me that I should take my car to Tracy Auto Repair (its sister company to the towing company) instead of another one (like Toyota) because itd be more reasonable priced and the work would be better. I was a bit hesitant because maybe he was just trying to sell. Also I couldnt find much reviews for tracy auto repair. But I didnt have much options so decided to trust him and Im so glad I did!
It turned out I needed to replace my head gasket. They quoted me for 1600 which based on my quick google search was reasonable. Anyways, came back to pick up car and the car is now working well! Also I asked my other friends since who r more knowledgeable and they said the work and price was great...just like they said it would be! Also, everyone at the shop was friendly and transparent. Ill definitely be coming back here later if I have problems!
