My Insurance with Farmers recommended this place. Kevin was excellent customer service, when I called about the status of car. He will response to me right away with details. Thank you very much. We wanted to make sure that we found a place that wouldnt have issues matching the paint so we called our local dealer and they quickly recommended Tracy Collision, and we are very happy they did. We setup an appointment with Sal, who was very knowledgable and friendly. Once we had the quote done, we scheduled the work and they took it in. All work was completed in the estimated time (if not sooner) that they gave us. It came out as good as it was when it came off the lot. They worked directly with our insurance so it was a very smooth process. Any time we have work needed, we will be going to them!

I was especially impressed that he gave me a clear timeline based on the arrival of parts and estimated repair time, and even more impressed when the car was ready a full week earlier than expected. To me, the most important part of any business is following through on promises and timelines, and they exceeded that here. My car actually looks better now than it did before the repairs!
