A special thanks to Shannon in Service, for resolving an issue with my fob, WHILE she was checking my mileage for the service visit. Amazing! If you want a Mazda, this is the place you should start. I was treated very professionally and fairly (without having to go through the usual car buying ordeal). Ask for Jennifer when you hit the lot - you’ll be glad you did.

Nv P I got this referral by the another person woody( car mechanic) , I was first very scared to get my car bodywork done from the shop, because I never now them / work done in the past. Talk to Luis ,@ pro mobile auto body shop. Explain me the process how it goes to the insurance , and how he will he will get my car fix. I was still worried, but then I talk to his son. He explained me. end up, dropping the car with them. Luis promised they will get my work car work done within a week and few days and they got my car ready before the day they told me. I’m really impressed by the work done on my car. Great customer service amazed with the service done on my car. My car looks stunning beautiful as before ,they wash and clean my car . Luis take his time. Explain me if I have any questions. Great customer service, five stars ⭐️

Rajeshwar V Hugo was able to diagnose the problem with my car belt that slipped and the part that was wiggling and fixed with correct part pretty quickly that was sourced from local auto parts store, he seem to be very knowledgeable and professional. His charges were very little higher than reasonable. Only thing i did not like is he missed plugging back my car cooling fan which I later figured out and fixed after checking the heating problem cause coolant reduction. I kind of not completely understand why he needed 2 gallons of coolant to fix. Overall, what matters is he fixed my broken car pretty quickly within 2+ hours. I would recommend using his services watchfully.

Henry Kangas I have been taking my 2015 Jeep to EZ Automotive for a while. I had a blown head gasket on one side and Gabe informed me the best way was to do both. Very informative and gave me a very reasonable price. Keep me in the loop with texted and pictures all along the process. Very knowledgeable and a super great guy. He is now the only mechanic I use now.

Robert Pogue I was traveling home and got a screw in my tire and made it to their shop slightly before closing. They were friendly and helpful and got my tire fixed even though they had to stay a little late. Thank you !

Jose Cruz was honest and took great care and helping you with a simple solution. I recommend this location to anyone that needs auto body repair. D L I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to write one because of my great experience here! (This experience was from a couple months ago but now just getting time to write review) First, my car (i have an old white prius) broke down in the middle of the street so I called towing and this guy named Jay came within 10 mins. He was extremely helpful and nice. He also told me that I should take my car to Tracy Auto Repair (its sister company to the towing company) instead of another one (like Toyota) because itd be more reasonable priced and the work would be better. I was a bit hesitant because maybe he was just trying to sell. Also I couldnt find much reviews for tracy auto repair. But I didnt have much options so decided to trust him and Im so glad I did! It turned out I needed to replace my head gasket. They quoted me for 1600 which based on my quick google search was reasonable. Anyways, came back to pick up car and the car is now working well! Also I asked my other friends since who r more knowledgeable and they said the work and price was great...just like they said it would be! Also, everyone at the shop was friendly and transparent. Ill definitely be coming back here later if I have problems!

Zhian Safavi Jose is a great mechanic, 2003 Acura timing belt kit, also this cars catalytic converter was stolen for precious metal that it contains. Jose found us a replacement and did a fantastic job in installing it. Jose does a great job in forming the pipes and even a greater job in welding. Ty

Certified Dirty Idle Took my Mercury here to replace the blend door actuator and was very satisfied with the service. Estimated price was half of what I expected and was repaired in a timely manner. Would recommend this shop to anyone and I’ll be sure to bring any other of my vehicles here if necessary.

KP Naidu I got my 2005 Prius serviced at City Auto Care & Tire. Work involved replacing the front and rear shocks and struts, replace the water pump, exchange transmission and brake fluids, replace spark plugs, engine and cabin air filters replaced, wheel alignment, replace front and rear wiper blades. The work was completed in one day. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. Also, got a 15% discount as a Costco member. The car runs great now. Very happy to recommend them.
