2 /5 Pete Sweeney: I have been to Tri-Star automotive many times over the years. Was always a good experience until my last one. They were doing work on the tire sensors and rotated the tires. They did not tighten the lug nuts on the right rear wheel. Five of the six lug nuts were about to fall off. I was able to stop, dig out my own lug wrench and tighten them back up. This was an incredibly unsafe vehicle when it left their shop. Ken did call to apologize, but perhaps a reduction in the bill might be appropriate.

I hope to keep my 4Runner forever and they keep “Endeavour” running perfectly and at reasonable cost. They have been the go-to place in our family for years. Thank you for such great care, Martha!

5 /5 Vicki Gilliam: Great service. Everything we discussed was completely and honestly addressed. Unfortunately for women there is a good chance you will be treated poorly, but may not see it. My experiences with Tristar has gratefully not been the case. I will not hesitate to return with my cars. And an extra bonus, they have great senses of humor.

5 /5 Caryn Inman: I have been going to TriStar Automotive for 2+ years. They are wonderful!! I have them do the regular maintenance on my Prius. I also have them do move extensive checks and upkeep not done with every service. It is very helpful when then warn me that something more substantial will need to be done at the next service. I also have taken my car in when I was hearing noises for the first time. I feel like they really work with me and do not try to be mysterious about anything. I am very grateful for their sincerity and caring to ensure my safety and that I understand what was done to my vehicle. Caryn Inman
