5 /5 Ben Cameron: We experienced complete suspension leaf spring failure on our 26 tow behind camper. We made it to the RV site safe and called Joe. Joe was able to provide realistic expectations as well as a timeline of when he could get out to us as and begin repairs on site in the campground. The work was thoroughly professional and quickly done. I see a lot of posts about price, I did not have the parts or the tools so cant complain in that area but I thought the price was very fair for the work done and the ability to get back on the road with my family. 5 /5 Nicholas Smith: Seized wheel bearing and the trailer was not going to move and couldnt be flat towed because of its size. Joe asked a few questions and for some pictures so he could bring the right parts with him and ensure it was repairable. It took him a few hours to finally get to us because we were so far away and he was finishing another job but Joe had all the tools to cut off the old parts and got my family back on the road to drive another 350 miles. Joe did a great job and would recommend his services to anyone. Very honest and straight forward. Great mobile trailer repair mechanic that works late and weekends!

5 /5 Gil Hildebrand: Extremely trustworthy and dedicated RV repair to get us back on the road same day. Visiting Sequoia National Park, we busted the generator on our camper van. After hitting a rock, it was knocked loose from its mount underneath the van and was hanging down. We were at risk of the whole generator falling off on the road, which would have been disastrous for us but even more so for anyone behind us. I called about 2pm. They asked questions and offered to come tow us. I ended up driving it in. When I arrived, they were waiting outside and had me pull right into the work bay. The team immediately lifted the van and got to work inspecting the damage. After discussing a few options, with our permission they fabricated and welded custom brackets to re-mount the generator. It may not be a factory perfect fix, but was exactly what we needed to get back on the road. Any other shop would probably have said to remove the generator and drive all the way home (thousands of miles) without it - which would have been a huge bummer not to mention a major cost. By 6pm we were back on the road thanks to the team. The price was more than reasonable. The fact that this didn’t ruin our trip was all due to these guys. Thank you so much, we owe you.
