That was EXACTLY our experience! We had a car that we had to decide if it was worth the repair investment and, working closely with Dave and the team, we determined it wasnt. We didnt feel pressured to do more at all and were so grateful for their expertise and extraordinary customer service!

All were unable to fix the issue even a Ford dealership in Santa Clara, California, who I will not name. Dave and his crew were able to solve the issue.
