5 /5 sweety: The customer service was excellent! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. While we waited, they offered us coffee, which was much appreciated. The place was clean and even had a few toys to keep the kids entertained. We got our smog test done for $60, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free.

5 /5 Patricia Buchmiller: AAA recommended we tow our vehicle to Trustlane Automotive after an accident on the 101. We were able to stay in a nearby motel until they opened in the morning. They were so friendly and accommodating. They had snacks and drinks and comfortable seating while we waited. They took me to a tire shop with my tire to get that replaced and came back for me later. They worked to get the price of repairs down for us and helped us get back on the road. They truly went above and beyond! And they checked in the next day to make sure I made it home safely!

They also helped get me short term financing to give me a little extra time to spread out payments. Saved at least $500-$1000 compared to the dealership.
