They are family owned and operated with no upsells and hassles like the dealership or other mainstream shops. I’m very thorough in my research, trust me. I got there when they opened and was able to get my car in right away. Karen was so kind. The price breakdown for the labor and parts is the best value compared to the dealership; especially for me being low income (i paid half of what they quoted me at nissan). Nv P I got this referral by the another person woody( car mechanic) , I was first very scared to get my car bodywork done from the shop, because I never now them / work done in the past. Talk to Luis ,@ pro mobile auto body shop. Explain me the process how it goes to the insurance , and how he will he will get my car fix. I was still worried, but then I talk to his son. He explained me. end up, dropping the car with them. Luis promised they will get my work car work done within a week and few days and they got my car ready before the day they told me. I’m really impressed by the work done on my car. Great customer service amazed with the service done on my car. My car looks stunning beautiful as before ,they wash and clean my car . Luis take his time. Explain me if I have any questions. Great customer service, five stars ⭐️

Christopher Hurst Today SpeeDee Oil Change in Tracy, CA saved me about $100. My drivers-side headlight went out. Because its not easy for me to get at, I searched around for estimates. The average was about one-hundred bucks, again mostly because its a lot of twisty work to get to and change the bulbs. Being open Sundays, I went to SpeeDee today and was expecting to drain my wallet a bit. However, the head mechanic took one look at my light, managed to get his hand down to electrical connector, flicked it, and the bulb came to life. Turns out it wasnt burned out; it was just loose. The SpeeDee folks said no-charge and I was on my smiling way. You know Ill becoming back there the next time I need something done! You just earned a loyal customer; thanks SpeeDee!

Shantanoo I had a small car accident and I took my car to Shiv auto service and the guy Nimma Nirmal took care of it as if it is his own car. Zero stress for me. He is very detailed and walked me through the entire process of how insurance claims etc works. He is gem of a person. Loved the entire experience. May God bless him
