What Clients Are Saying University Lutheran Church (GG)
4 /5 Keith Kalyegira: 1 hr service, small and very warm congregation (circa 25) because it was summer. Id attend again
5 /5 Danielle: I loved attending this church when I was a visiting researcher at Stanford for a few quarters last year. I felt at home in the simple, contemplative style of the services and the intellectually spacious conversations with members of the church. Would highly recommend!
5 /5 Caitlin Donhowe: UniChu has been my church home for nearly ten years now. I came as a student and found a warm, welcoming family away from home. Ive since gotten married and baptized my son there. I appreciate the thoughtful discourse, the open minds, the focus on community service and social justice, and the beautiful music.
5 /5 Kat L: A warm and welcoming congregation with a strong emphasis on community.
5 /5 Sally Johnston: I attend meetings there. They have a nice clean bathroom and the grounds are very pretty.
Henry Chen We meet here because we love how everyone is so pure in their love toward the Bible and one another. We are just a group of genuine christians enjoying the fellowship.
Robert Stone Nice, small church with nice wood detailing inside and an older parishioner population, at least at the 9:00a service; very friendly and welcoming.
Oprah Perez Great Church with amazing pastors and friendly community!
The messages that are centered around The Bible, and the church’s mission to awaken people to the reality of Jesus and bring heaven on earth are powerful and inspiring. This is a great church for someone who is passionate about community!
Somer Sanui Mercado I visited many churches in my life. Some had great music, some had nice facilities, good organization... but it became clear to me by the people at the BACC that THIS was a place where I could truly grow spiritually (and not wander off!) People in our church care about living by the bible. It isnt perfect. Sometimes the music or the lessons arent always mind blowing, but the Christians at our church make this place THE church.
Sang Shin My heart will always call University AME ZION my home church, no matter where I live in this world. It is truly a place where love knows no boundaries, no borders, no divisions.
I am a Korean, my wife is Jewish and we were both welcomed from day one as part of a caring family. In fact, my wife and our son were baptized at this blessed place of worship.
I would thoroughly encourage anyone thinking about dropping by to take the leap - you won’t regret it.
Kaia Wang A small but warm, diverse and inclusive church with strong family-vibe. No matter what your identity and background is, you can be yourself in this close-knit church family. Im lucky enough to volunteer in this church and have built solid friendships. Youre welcome to attend the 10AM Sunday Service with us!
