William Bray Jose is an honest mechanic and he raised his sons right as well. The whole family here are awesome honest hardworking fellows. This shop is a shop for life as long as its open for business and praying and hoping they keep the shop open for the rest of my lifetime. I always leave satisfied. I trust Jose and his sons with my familys car. I know that if I sent my wife to get something done she would be treated with the same respect I am, and you cant say that about almost any shops these days. They are fair and honest. They take their time, and the job is done right the first time. The labor is not stealership prices, but it aint dirt cheap either it is fair, and thats what you want as good labor isnt cheap, and cheap labor isnt good. When other shops would have lied to me and said yes you definitely need a transmission rebuild Joses shop didnt they were honest and calmed me down as I was super nervous about a potential 3000 dollar rebuild turned out it was a pulley and the fix was fast fair priced and alleviated all my worries. Most non good shops out there nowadays would have told me to fix the transmission anyway. Jose and his family and staff educate you and walk you step by step on what is wrong and how it is going to be fixed and was fixed. I could go on and on but Im going to cut it short and just say get your butt down to Joses if you have car problems you wont be disappointed and most importantly you wont have future headaches down the road they fix it right the first time and thats whats important.

Joseph Quintana I brought my truck here a few weeks ago to have my instrument cluster repaired and I could not be more happier with the quality of work completed on my truck. Arman the owner did an excellent job getting my truck working right and at a reasonable price. I will be repeat customer for a long time. I strongly recommend others to bring you cars or trucks to G&P, you will not be disappointed.

Ajay Gandhi This was my first time visiting this shop on 07/20/2021. Came is for a oil change. I arrived at the shop at 8am. Spoke to Daniel and he wrote up the work order and had my truck in his shop within a couple of minutes. About 20 minutes later the work was completed. I couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction! They have a customer waiting area that’s clean and comfortable (AC) with a few seats. I’ll definitely be making this my regular auto shop here in Riverside.

Dave Venturini This garage was a lifesaver, late on a Sunday afternoon. Not only did they see us promptly, the price was very reasonable and the service was well explained and fast. We were in a bind and a less honest place easily could have taken advantage, but this garage was very professional and amazing. We were on the way back from a long road trip, 50+ miles from home when our car suddenly started running very rough, the engine light came on flashing and later the traction control warning came on (thats how rough it was running). We called around, in an unfamiliar area, and everyone was closed or busy (not surprising late Sunday afternoon). But, this garage not only agreed to squeeze us in, they took a look as soon as we arrived so we could discuss options. The mechanic determined it was several cylinders misfiring and walked me through the possibilities, worn/damaged spark plugs, clogged injectors, ignition coil problem, compression/seal issue, etc. He took the time to explain the steps to diagnose/fix each possible issue and suggested we start with spark plugs & injectors based on his experience & initial impressions of the most likely cause (but explained it may require more). The price he gave seemed very fair (and based on subsequent research was very reasonable). Within an hour (much quicker than expected) he said the work was done, the car was fixed, we paid and were on our way. He also gave me a heads up on a few things I should have looked at in the future / were almost due, but didnt pressure us at all (just wanted to save me future hassle). Its been almost two weeks and the car has been running absolutely great. Honestly smoother than it was before the road trip, making me realize I probably missed some subtle warning signs, but that is on me. Its never fun to have sudden car trouble, but this garage & mechanic saved our trip, got us home on time, and was very professional and well priced. I cant thank them enough.

David Hwang I read all the good reviews on Yelp. I worked with the owner at King Hybrid Main. He is honest and works with your budget. So excited to have a newer engine in my car. It’s runs like new and I will for sure drive 60 miles from Victorville to get my next tune up. Please if you have a hybrid vehicle call Main. They do everything from the battery to the engine. It feels so good knowing a good and honest mechanic.

Nicholas Wineinger I have a really hard time trusting mechanics. They were honest, kind, and got my vehicle in right away for a diagnostic on my 02 Corvette. The issue was resolved immediately. I will continue doing business with them as long as I reside in the Riverside Area. Thank you A +!!

Randy Flores Had some pretty serious issues on my Honda crv, decided to take it here and am pretty amazed by how good the customer service and transparency is here. Only took 2 days to fix my car. Everyday I got phone calls with updates about the progress. What was pretty cool of these guys was the fact I needed a water pump and housing replaced because the housing was warped from overheating. The part and labor would have been $500 but the staff were able to fix the original housing for free by sanding it and reshaping. On top of that they gave me a free oil change. Ill be coming back for sure, good honest people here.
