5 /5 Ray Dressel: Very helpful and friendly. They gave me a great deal on changing out my radiator hose. Under $300 with parts and labor. Even took it out on a test drive to make sure there were no leaks in a great place.

They seem to be focused on getting you in and out and just doing what they need to do. They are close to home and while that is a plus, it isnt the only reason why I keep going back. I know how hard it is to run a small business, and God help us in California.

After returning from a long trip, I discovered I neglected to renew my vehicle registration (a couple of weeks late), which required that my vehicle be smogged. I called and requested an appointment; Mark gave me one first thing the following morning. This may seem like a simple enough service, but this is a good example of the way Valley Center Car Care has responded to my service requests in the past.
