Richard Rundhaug Rich (and Rich Jr.) were fabulous. They got my A/C to run very cold (front and rear a/c). They got my climate controlled seats operational even though the parts were not available. They went way above and beyond. They charged reasonable rates. They were determined to help and get what wanted and needed without having to wait long. I called one day, in and out the next! I highly recommend this facility!!

marlow coffin This was my first time bringing in my 2019 ranger to Desert MADE and I will definitely be bring it back. Adrian was very knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done professionally and quickly, he whent above and beyond to make sure everything was tip top and even sent me an electronic invoice to approve before he started the work. The pricing on all the work was incredibly fair and cheaper than what I was expecting especially compared to quicklane. Previously I had been going to quicklane for my maintenance/oil changes per the dealers recommendation but never again. Desert made has made a new happy customer!

Tricia Dillon I responded to a safety recall from the dealer to replace the delivery pipe (fuel rail) on my older Kia Sedona, less than 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, I had to have the car towed home from a friend’s house less than 4 days later, because on the way there, my car stalled every time I came to a stop! When I first noticed something was wrong, I had asked an auto parts store to put their diagnostic device on my car. The clerk said , my older car probably wouldn’t be worth fixing. My son-in-law and I could see from the reviews on Desert Car Medics, that it would be to my advantage to get an appointment with professional, skilled mechanics who are fair and care about people. They didn’t disappoint! Their kindness got this 76 year old woman back on the road for awhile longer. They finished the job the dealer left undone!!!

Jon Arnold I had made a long drive to stay downtown and once I had arrived, my radiator broke making my car lose all of its coolant. Luckily, the automotive center was right around the corner and managed to get my car back in service with a new radiator by the end of the day, sooner than I had anticipated. I cant thank them enough for their professionalism and speed of service and quality of work!

Robert Johnston After driving down to the Palm Springs area in the fall, we were ready to head back to Canada. There was a problem with our Class C motorhome when going up steep grades (the engine would chug rather than smoothing going up the hill.). After researching options we took our RV to Petes and could not be happier with the service, the honesty and the thoroughness of the repair. On our trip back to the west coast of Canada, we encountered many hills and mountain passes and the RV performed beautifully. Petes Automotive is #1 in our books and when/if we are in the area again, we will use Petes again if necessary. We have recommended Petes to all of our family and friends that have RVs and are intending to head to Southern California and the Palm Springs area.

Nicholas Paesler Jorge and his crew are very knowledgeble when it comes to specific issues. My 2005 BMW 5 Series had some electrical gremlins and the techs were able to figure out everything! Communication was top notch thanks to Ari, very happy with my first experience here. I will now be a regular at Permuth!

Terri Nava I have been servicing my fleet at SC Auto for a little while now. Let me tell you, SC Auto always goes above and beyond for all services required to my fleet. Customer service is always friendly and easy to work with. Since bringing my fleet to SC Auto, I feel more confident about the vans my drivers deliver in every single day. Running a fleet of 40+ vans, issues are bound to happen, but when they do, I know I can count on this team to service the van in a timely manner with quick turn overs. I highly recommend having Auto services done here. The job will be done right the first time.
